EASA Part-NCO for helicopters
EASA air operations regulation (EU) no 965/2012 ANNEX VII, PART-NCO, applies to non-commercial flights in other-than complex motor-powered EASA aircraft. PART-NCO will apply in Europe as from 25th August 2016.
